I am XXX.Since joining XXX  Co., Ltd. in August 2013, I have, through continuous hard work, progressively developed into an employee with strong execution and planning capabilities, excellent teamwork, and a dedicated work ethic.As time has gone by, I have successfully been promoted to the position of Director of Human Resources in the company.

Our company is a joint XXX Hunan Steel Group and XXX, headquartered in Loudi, Hunan Province.   The foreign shareholder, XXX Group, holding 50% of the shares, is one of the most prestigious steel manufacturers in the world with an esteemed international reputation.I feel honored to be a part of this company.

I have been working diligently and am highly regarded by both my colleagues and superiors.        Because of this, my company is considering promoting me to a senior management position and has suggested that I apply for the one-year full-time MBA program at Berkeley University.The company has generously offered to cover most of my tuition fees.Upon completion of this high-quality one-year full-time MBA program in the US, I will return to my current position in the company, taking on a senior management role.I am confident that this educational experience will enable me to serve the company even better and thoroughly prepare me for an executive role in the future.

However, I did not anticipate the pandemic would have such a significant impact on my educational plan.Since October 29, 2022, I've had to opt for online courses.This has been disappointing, but I am eagerly looking forward to traveling to Berkeley University to personally complete the last two months of my course, ensuring a smooth graduation and achieving my goal of adding value to my company.

To demonstrate my unwavering commitment to my education and the company, I have already paid the tuition fee in full.In light of this, I humbly request that you reconsider my visa application, especially given the substantial financial commitment I have made.I pledge to return to China within the first month after completing my studies to continue working for my company and make even greater contributions.
