Q1:Can i see your passport?


我可以看一下你的护照吗？


(have your passport ready-this will be the first thing they say to you)

Q2:How long are you planning staying in the US?

(give a short and honest answer that you can back up with evidence if required)

A2:I plan to be there for two weeks(and show evidence of your return flight ticket)

Q3:Have you ever been denied a visa before?

(they will check,so be 100% honest in your answer)

A3:Yes i have been denied OR No.

Q4:What’s the purpose of your visit to the US?


你为什么要去美国？


(you have a couple of options when answering this interview question)

A4:①Visiting for personal reasons(On vacation,Visiting tourist attractions,Visiting friends and family，and take any evidence of your visit,like an invitation letter from a friend or relative/a booking form for a visit to a tourist attraction etc)


因为个人原因（比如去旅游度假、参观旅游景点、看望朋友或家人，并拿出一些证据佐证你的出行，比如家人朋友的邀请函、旅游景点的预订单等）


②Visiting for business purpose(Attending a business meeting or attending a conference,you should take any evidence of your visit,like a booking confirmation slip of your attendance at an event or a conference)


商务原因（比如参加会议，这时你应该拿出支撑你的目的的证据，比如参加活动会议的预订单）


Q5:What’s your employment、What do you do?、What is your work?


你的工作是什么？


(be honest in your answers,if you are unemployed,explain how long you have been unemployed for and be prepared for additional questions around your intent for visiting the US)


（诚实地回答，如果你没有工作，需要解释你待业多长时间了，并且做好准备回答你去美国的意图的相关问题）


A5:(if you are unemployed):I’m currently between jobs,but when i return back home i have a few interviews lined up as i am looking to get a new job in XXX.

Q6:Are you traveling alone?


你一个人去旅行吗？


（this is an easy question to answer-a simple ‘YES’ if you are on your own or a‘NO，i am traveling with my XXX’ will suffice)

Q7:How will you support yourself whilst in the US?、How do you intend to support yourself?


你打算如何支撑你在美国的花销？


(provide evidence of how you intend supporting yourself whilst you are visiting the US,for example,your latest paycheck/bank statement or a friend /relative will support you,then take a letter that state they will support you during your stay)


(提供一些能支撑你在美国的花销的证据，比如，最近的工资单、银行存款证明或亲戚朋友资助你的话就提供一份他们资助你的信件）
